Delhi based Nayati Healthcare Donates Rs 1.13-Cr Electric Bus to TTD
Tirumala, May 30 (TNT): Delhi-based Nayati Healthcare & Research Agra Private Limited on Saturday donated an electric bus worth ₹1.13 crore to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) for the benefit of devotees visiting Tirumala.
The electric bus, manufactured by Olectra Greentech, was formally handed over to TTD after the company’s Chairperson, Neera Radia, offered special prayers for the vehicle in front of the Srivari Temple.
She later handed over the vehicle documents and keys to TTD Chairman B. R. Naidu and Additional Executive Officer Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary.
Following the handover ceremony, the TTD Chairman and Additional EO travelled in the bus along with the donor and appreciated the initiative, stating that the vehicle would provide a comfortable and eco-friendly travel experience for devotees.
Among those present on the occasion were Srivari Temple Deputy EO Lokanatham, former TTD Board Member D.P. Anantha and Tirumala Transport DI Krishnayya.
The donation is expected to strengthen TTD’s efforts towards promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly transportation services in Tirumala while enhancing pilgrim amenities.
