Tirumala, Apr 18 (TNT) : A 12-year-old boy from Tamil Nadu, who went missing on the Alipiri footpath, was safely traced and reunited with his family by vigilance personnel on Saturday.
The boy, identified as Adarsh from Chengalpattu, was reported missing near the 2500th step of the Alipiri footpath. Following an alert from the Command Control Room, officials responded swiftly and launched a search operation.
The child was traced in the PAC-2 area of Tirumala and brought safely to the Vigilance office at Lepakshi Circle.
He was later handed over to his relatives in the presence of vigilance officials, including AVSOs Sri Venkata Siva Kumar and Sri Krishnaiah.
Family members expressed gratitude to the vigilance staff for their prompt action, while TTD officials commended the team for ensuring the boy’s safe recovery and reunion.
