Hyderabad, Apr 26 (TNT): Banda Prakash Mudiraj inaugurated a UNICEF fundraiser photo exhibition organised by Snaps India in Hyderabad, aimed at supporting children’s welfare initiatives.
The exhibition featured a curated collection of FIFA World Cup photographs, designed to raise funds and awareness for programmes supported by UNICEF, a release said here on Sunday.
Curated by noted editor and photojournalist Mohammad Shamsuddin, the exhibition highlights iconic moments from the global sporting event.
Shamsuddin was recently honoured by the Royal Photographic Society at a ceremony held at Royal Albert Hall for his contributions to photojournalism.
On the occasion, philanthropist Ilyas Khan of Sanaya Homes donated ₹1 lakh towards the fundraiser, supporting the initiative’s mission.
The event brought together dignitaries, patrons and members of the public, blending art and sport with social responsibility, while reinforcing the importance of collective efforts towards improving the lives of children.
