AP: Dr Pingali Ananda Kumar Selected as Best Doctor in Homoeopathy by NTRUHS
Vijayawada, May 25 (TNT): Dr. Pingali Ananda Kumar, Principal of ASR Homoeopathic Medical College, Tadepalligudem, has been selected as the “Best Doctor” in Homoeopathy by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS), Vijayawada.
He is among ten medical professionals from various disciplines across Andhra Pradesh chosen by the university for the prestigious “Best Doctors” awards to be presented on the occasion of National Doctors’ Day on July 1, 2026.
According to the list released by NTRUHS, the awardees were selected in recognition of their services and contributions to the healthcare sector.
The other awardees include Dr. W. Seetha Ram (Neuro Surgery, Kurnool), Dr. G. Deva Shankaraiah (Professor of Pharmacology, Kurnool), Dr. G. Eswar (General Medicine, Vijayawada), Dr. Indla Rama Subba Reddy (Psychiatry, Vijayawada), and Dr. Peda Veera Raju (Gastroenterology, Visakhapatnam).
Others selected are Dr. T. Murali Mohan (Professor of Dental Surgery, Vijayawada), Dr. Murali Krishna (Ayurveda, Tirupati), Dr. M. Satyavalli (Nurse Educator, Visakhapatnam), and Dr. Mohammad S. Rehman Siddique (ENT and Ophthalmology in Unani, Kurnool).
The awards will be presented during the National Doctors’ Day celebrations to be organised by the university on July 1.
