AP appoints specified authority to administer TTD after Trust Board’s term ends
Tirupati, Nov 2 (TNT): The Andhra Pradesh government has appointed a Specified Authority to administer the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) following the completion of the term of its Trust Board on Monday.
The government issued G.O. Ms. No. 658 appointing TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra, as Chairman of the Specified Authority.
Finance Department Secretary V Vinay Chand and Endowments Department Secretary K Kannababu have been appointed as its members.
The Specified Authority will continue to function until a new TTD Trust Board is constituted or for a period of one year, whichever is earlier.
It will exercise all the powers and discharge the functions vested in the TTD Trust Board.
