Sports Village Europa, Silver Stone Sports Academy Sign MoU to Promote Young Sporting Talent
Hyderabad, June 25 (TNT): Sports Village Europa, Barcelona, and Silver Stone Sports Academy, Hyderabad, on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at promoting international sports development and creating global opportunities for young athletes.
In a release, the Academy said, the agreement was signed at the Sports Village Europa Corporate Office in Barcelona on June 25 by Joaquin Beana Martinez, Director of Sports Village Europa.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mohammed Numan Shamsuddin, a young tennis player from Hyderabad, and Asia Beana Firayt, a teenage tennis player from Barcelona.
Multisports promoter Mohammad Shamsuddin, who played a key role in facilitating the collaboration, was also present.
Under the partnership, the two organisations will work together to identify, nurture and promote emerging sporting talent by providing access to international training, coaching and competition opportunities.
As part of the collaboration, Silver Stone Sports Academy will facilitate the exchange of sports expertise and bring experienced European coaches to India, enabling young athletes to receive advanced training and international exposure.
The initiative is expected to contribute to the development of Indian sports by helping athletes gain global experience, improve performance standards and compete at higher levels.
The two organisations said the partnership reflects their shared commitment to fostering sporting excellence and developing future champions through international cooperation.
The MoU is also expected to strengthen sporting ties between India and Europe and create new pathways for young athletes to achieve international recognition and success.
