PM Extends Birthday Greetings to President Droupadi Murmu
New Delhi, June 20 (TNT): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday extended warm birthday greetings to President Droupadi Murmu, lauding her dedication to public service and commitment to the welfare of the underprivileged.
In a message posted on social media platform X, the Prime Minister said the President’s journey, marked by courage, simplicity, humility and unwavering commitment to public service, continues to inspire people across the country.
He noted that throughout her long years in public life, Murmu has served the nation in an exemplary manner and has been particularly passionate about the wellbeing of the underprivileged and marginalised sections of society.
The Prime Minister said her steadfast dedication to India’s development remains a source of motivation for citizens across the country.
Wishing the President a long and healthy life, Modi prayed for her continued service to the nation and said he looked forward to meeting her later in the day at a programme in Odisha.
