Telangana Governor to Flag Off World Blood Donor Day Rally in Hyderabad tomorrow

Hyderabad, June 13 (TNT): Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla will flag off a rally organised by the State Branch of the Indian Red Cross Society on Sunday as part of World Blood Donor Day observances.

The Governor will flag off the rally at 7 a.m. from the Dr B.R. Ambedkar Statue on NTR Marg in Hyderabad.

As part of the programme, Shukla will also inaugurate a blood donation camp organised by the Indian Red Cross Society at Sanskriti Community Hall, Lok Bhavan.

The event is being organised to mark World Blood Donor Day and to create awareness about the importance of voluntary blood donation and its role in saving lives.

The rally and blood donation camp are expected to witness participation from volunteers, healthcare workers, members of the Red Cross Society and members of the public committed to promoting the cause of blood donation.
