YS Jagan to Visit Visakhapatnam Steel Plant Accident Victims tomorrow

Tadepalli, June 9(TNT): YSR Congress Party president and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy will visit Visakhapatnam on Wednesday to meet the victims of the recent accident at the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant.

According to a party statement, Jagan expressed deep grief over the accident in which eight persons lost their lives and six others sustained injuries.

Soon after learning about the incident, he directed party leaders to extend all possible assistance to the affected families and ensure support to those injured in the accident, the statement said.

Jagan conveyed his condolences to the families of the deceased workers and stressed the need to provide the best possible medical treatment to the injured.

The former Chief Minister has been closely monitoring the condition of the victims through senior party leaders, the party said.

During his visit to Visakhapatnam on June 10, Jagan will call on the injured workers undergoing treatment at various hospitals and interact with their family members.
