Telangana BJP Prez to hold Spl Prayers as Modi Surpasses Nehru’s Record
Hyderabad, June 9 (TNT): Telangana BJP President N. Ramchander Rao will offer special prayers at various places of worship in Hyderabad on Wednesday to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi becoming the longest-serving continuously elected Prime Minister of India.
According to Telangana BJP Chief Spokesperson N.V. Subhash, Modi will complete 4,400 consecutive days in office on Tuesday, surpassing the record of 4,399 days held by former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru.
As part of the celebrations, Ramchander Rao will perform special poojas and prayers for the Prime Minister’s long life, good health and continued service to the nation.
The programmes are scheduled to be held at the Shiva Temple near RTC Hospital in Tarnaka, Sri Venkateshwara Swamy Temple at Anand Bagh and the Jain Temple at Rasoolpura.
Ramchander Rao will also speak on the achievements of the Narendra Modi-led government over the past 12 years and highlight its contributions to national development, Subhash added.
