Handloom Textile Exhibition at HITEX in Hyderabad on June 5, 6 and 7

Hyderabad, Jun 2 (TNT):  To promote the internationally renowned Pochampally Ikat textile products, a special textile exhibition is being organised here on June 5, 6 and 7 June.

With the aim of improving the livelihoods and living standards of Pochampally handloom artisans, a textile exhibition titled “Thread Pochampally” will be held at HITEX, Hyderabad.

The exhibition is being organised to enhance marketing opportunities for handloom textiles. According to an official statement, the event will feature more than 100 stalls.

In addition, stalls will also be set up by women’s self-help groups as part of the initiative.
