Tirupati: Sudarsana Narasimha Darshan on Simha Vahanam Marks Grand Brahmotsavam at Narayanavanam

Tirupati, May 30 (TNT): Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy, accompanied by Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru, blessed devotees in the divine form of Sudarsana Narasimha atop the Simha Vahanam during the annual Brahmotsavams at Narayanavanam near here on Saturday morning.

The procession witnessed a large turnout of devotees who offered prayers and camphor harathis along the route. The Lord’s appearance as Sudarsana Narasimha, symbolising the protection of devotees and the destruction of evil forces, created a spiritually charged atmosphere.

Bhajan mandalis, traditional Kolatam performances and mangala vadyams added colour and grandeur to the religious procession, drawing enthusiastic participation from devotees.

According to temple officials, the Simha Vahanam represents courage, valour, wisdom and righteousness, conveying the message of adherence to dharma and the triumph of good over evil.

As part of the Brahmotsavam festivities, Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy will again bless devotees on the Mutyapu Pandiri Vahanam at 7 p.m. on Saturday.

Temple Deputy Executive Officer Nagaratna, Superintendent Srinivasulu Reddy, Temple Inspector Nagaraju, other officials and a large number of devotees participated in the event.
