Mumbai, Apr 7 (TNT): Global pharmaceutical major Lupin Limited on Tuesday announced that it has been awarded the Great Place To Work® Certification for 2026–27, recognising its commitment to workplace excellence and employee experience.
The certification, regarded as a global benchmark for organisational culture, marks a significant milestone for Lupin, which secured the recognition through a comprehensive global assessment covering all its subsidiaries and geographies, the pharmaceutical comapany said in a release here.
The company recorded a strong 85 per cent participation rate from employees, whose feedback played a key role in the evaluation process.
Commenting on the achievement, Yashwant Mahadik, President – Global Human Resources, said the recognition reflects the organisation’s inclusive and values-driven workplace culture, where employees feel respected, valued, and empowered.
He said Lupin remains committed to further strengthening its culture and enhancing employee experience across all locations.
Lupin employs over 24,000 professionals worldwide.
In FY25, the company invested ₹40 billion in employee benefits and clocked over 1.25 million hours of employee training, underscoring its focus on people development and organisational growth.
