Hyderabad, Mar 31 (TNT): Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla on Tuesday extended greetings to Jain community members in the state on the occasion of Mahaveer Jayanti.
In his message, the Governor said Lord Mahaveer, one of the most revered spiritual leaders, propagated the eternal values of truth, non-violence, compassion and austerity, which continue to guide humanity towards peace and harmony.
He added that the life and ideals of Lord Mahaveer remain a timeless source of inspiration, encouraging people to lead lives rooted in ethical values and mutual respect.
