Bengaluru, Mar 24 (TNT): Sattva Group on Thursday announced the launch of “Sattva City,” a 50-acre integrated residential development in North Bengaluru, designed on the ‘15-minute city’ concept to promote self-sufficient urban living.
The project, with an estimated gross development value of over ₹8,600 crore, aims to create a cohesive ecosystem where residents can access essential services such as education, healthcare, retail and leisure within a short walking distance,the company said in a release.
The development will feature over 80 per cent open and green spaces, with nearly 84 per cent of the total area dedicated to landscaped zones, offering residents access to expansive natural surroundings within an urban setting.
Sattva City will include more than 250 indoor and outdoor amenities catering to lifestyle, wellness and community needs, along with a mix of 2, 2.5, 3 and 3.5 BHK residences, as well as select 4 BHK homes and penthouses.
The project is located in North Bengaluru, a rapidly emerging residential corridor driven by infrastructure growth, including the expansion of Kempegowda International Airport, development of aerospace hubs and increasing presence of global capability centres.
Commenting on the launch, Bijay Agarwal, Managing Director, Sattva Group, said the project reflects the company’s vision of building integrated, large-scale communities aligned with evolving urban needs.
He noted that the development aims to combine open spaces, technology and thoughtful planning to create a balanced living environment.
The launch marks a key milestone in Sattva Group’s expansion across major cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Visakhapatnam, as it continues to focus on developing integrated and future-ready urban communities.
