Hyderabad, Mar 11 (TNT): A constable from the Telangana Police won two medals at the All India Police Shooting Sports Championship held in Indore.
Constable A. Rajkumar secured a silver medal in the 300m Rifle Prone individual event and a bronze medal in the 300m Rifle Three-Position event at the 19th edition of the championship (2025–26) organised by the Border Security Force from February 24 to March 1.
Rajkumar, who serves with the 8th Battalion at Kondapur, is currently undergoing training while attached to the Sports IG office.
State Director General of Police (DGP) B. Shivdhar Reddy congratulated the constable for his achievement at a programme held at the DGP office here on Wednesday.
Senior officials, including Gajarao Bhupal, shooting coach P. Srirama Murthy and sports officer R. V. Rama Rao, were present on the occasion.
