Hyderabad, Jan 30 (TNT) : The Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) on Thursday evening brought together key stakeholders from real estate, infrastructure, policy, and investment sectors at a high-impact summit titled “Telangana Real Estate: Creating Value Beyond the Square Foot”, held at The Marvel, T-Hub, Hyderabad.
At a time when Hyderabad is rapidly emerging as a global urban and economic hub, the summit focused on value creation beyond conventional real estate metrics, highlighting sustainability, infrastructure-led growth, alternative asset classes, youth aspirations, and long-term urban resilience aligned with the Hyderabad 2034 vision.
Oin his welcome address, K.K. Maheshwari, Senior Vice President, FTCCI, said Telangana’s real estate sector has evolved far beyond bricks and mortar.
“Today, real estate is about building ecosystems, enabling livelihoods, enhancing quality of life, and shaping sustainable urban futures. This summit is about reimagining growth beyond square feet and focusing on real value creation,” he said.
The summit featured senior policymakers, industry leaders, developers, investors, and domain experts in a series of high-impact panel discussions addressing key questions confronting the sector, including demand dynamics between mid-segment and premium housing, the impact of policy and infrastructure on real estate viability, the role of alternative assets, and aligning growth with sustainability and inclusivity.
Discussions spanned themes such as mid-segment versus premium housing demand, youth perspectives on Hyderabad real estate, the rise of alternate assets, the influence of policy, infrastructure and mobility corridors, and future-ready investment strategies, reinforcing Hyderabad’s position as one of India’s most dynamic and future-focused real estate markets.
Through expert presentations and candid deliberations, speakers emphasised the need for integrated urban planning, long-term capital deployment, and stronger government–industry collaboration to ensure sustainable growth and economic resilience.
Srinivas Garimella, Vice President, FTCCI, acknowledged the efforts of the FTCCI Infrastructure, Real Estate & Smart Cities Committee in organising the summit.
The event concluded with a strong call for continued collaboration among stakeholders, reaffirming FTCCI’s role as a catalyst for informed dialogue, policy advocacy, and industry-led growth in Telangana’s real estate and infrastructure sectors.
