Gurugram, Mar 2 (TNT): Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) on Monday reported total sales of 5,67,351 units in February 2026, registering a 34 per cent year-on-year growth over the same month last year.
The total sales comprised 5,13,190 units in the domestic market and 54,161 units in exports, reflecting strong demand across markets.
For the year-to-date (April 2025–February 2026) period of FY26, HMSI recorded total sales of 58,20,556 units, including 52,37,169 units domestically and 5,83,387 units in exports.
During February, the company undertook multiple road safety initiatives under its “Safety for Everyone” vision, organising awareness campaigns in cities including Ajmer, Pune, Nashik, Vadodara, Hisar, Gorakhpur, Aurangabad, Mangalore and Kochi. Road safety conventions were also held in Gwalior, Kochi, Agra and Madurai to promote safe riding practices among students and educators.
HMSI further expanded its network with the opening of a new authorised dealership in Tinsukia, aimed at strengthening its customer reach.
The company said it remains focused on safer and greener mobility solutions, with technologies such as ABS and CBS integrated into its product range to enhance rider safety.
