NICMAR opens admissions for 2027 academic period on Oct 25 across Pune, Hyderabad campuses
Hyderabad, Oct 22 (TNT) : The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) on Thursday announced that applications for its 2027 admission cycle will open on October 25, 2026, across its Pune and Hyderabad university campuses.
Specialising in Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Project Management (CRIP) education, the premier institution offers a suite of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes tailored to meet the evolving demands of India’s rapid infrastructure growth.
“India’s infrastructure and built environment sectors are creating opportunities across a wide range of disciplines, increasing the need for professionals who can combine technical knowledge with project management and leadership capabilities,” said Dr. Tapash Kumar Ganguli, Director General of NICMAR.
Ganguli added that the specialised curricula across both campuses are designed to equip aspiring professionals with industry-aligned competencies essential for project delivery, resource optimization, and operational leadership.
At its Pune University campus, the Institute is offering postgraduate courses including MBA in Advanced Construction Management (ACM), Project Engineering and Management (PEM), Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (REUIM), Sustainable Energy Management (SEM), and Environmental Sustainability (ENS), alongside an MBA with seven elective streams, the institute said in a release.
The campus also runs a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (QSCM), M.Tech in Construction Technology and Management (CTM), and a Master of Planning in Urban Planning (M.Plan).
Undergraduate offerings at Pune include B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), and BBA/BBA (Hons.) Integrated MBA programmes.
The Hyderabad University campus will offer postgraduate programmes comprising MBA in ACM, PEM, and Advanced Energy Management (AEM), M.Tech in CTM, and PG Diplomas in Quantity Surveying & Contract Management as well as Health, Safety, and Environment Management (HSEM).
