CDS calls for Transition to Intelligent Warfare at CDM Seminar in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Feb 25 (TNT): Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan has stressed the need for the Indian Armed Forces to transition towards Intelligent Warfare and All Realm All Domain Operations (ARADO) in view of evolving security challenges.

Addressing the annual seminar on ‘Multi-Domain Integrated Technologically-Empowered Resilient Armed Forces (MITRA)’ at the College of Defence Management (CDM), Secunderabad here on Wednesday, he said modern warfare is expanding into synthetic and cognitive domains, requiring convergence of kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities.

The two-day seminar, held in collaboration with the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, brought together senior defence officials, scholars and industry experts to discuss future military strategies, technological integration and strengthening India’s defence preparedness.
