TTD JEO Reviews Arrangements for Mahalakshmi Deepa Puja at Kuppam
The JEO inspected the venue and reviewed the facilities being arranged for devotees expected to attend the programme.
He instructed officials to provide sheds, mats, lamps, puja materials, LED screens, drinking water, sanitation facilities and temporary toilets.
Arrangements should also be made to distribute buttermilk and Annaprasadam to devotees arriving from Kuppam constituency and neighbouring areas, he said.
Sharath stressed the need for adequate security and coordination among the police, municipal authorities and various TTD departments to ensure the smooth conduct of the religious programme in a peaceful atmosphere.
He directed officials to complete all arrangements well ahead of the scheduled event.
MLC Srikanth, TTD Board Member Shantaram, Chief Engineer Manoharam, Superintending Engineer Venkateswarlu, VGO Giridhar, Additional Health Officer Dr. Sunil, Executive Engineer Mallikarjuna Prasad, Deputy Executive Engineer (Electrical) Saraswathi, AVSO Krishnamurthy, SVBC CPO Sri Sri, and police and municipal officials participated in the inspection.
