TTD JEO Directs Officials to Expedite Amaravati Temple Construction, Meet Deadline
During an inspection of the temple construction works on Sunday night, the JEO reviewed the progress and expressed satisfaction over the pace of construction of the compound walls and gopurams on the northern, southern and western sides.
However, he expressed dissatisfaction over the slow progress of the eastern gopuram and instructed the contractor to accelerate the work to ensure timely completion.
Dr. Sharath also directed officials to complete the Ranganayaka Mandapam, Vahana Mandapam, Pushkarini, Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple and Ratha Mandapam within the scheduled timeframe.
Earlier, temple officials and priests welcomed the JEO.
After inspecting the construction works, he offered prayers to the deity, and the priests presented him with teertha prasadam.
Temple Inspector Ramakrishna, Assistant Rohit, priests, engineering officials and contractors participated in the inspection.
