Telangana Circle to hold State-level Dak Adalat on Oct 23
Hyderabad, Oct 7 (TNT): The Telangana Circle of India Post will conduct a State-level Dak Adalat through virtual mode on October 23 to address public complaints and grievances related to customer services.
The Dak Adalat will be held at 1200 hours from the office of the Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle, Hyderabad, Postal department said in a release on Wednesday.
Public grievances relating to India Post customer services in Telangana may be submitted offline to the Assistant Director (CS), Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Telangana Circle, on or before October 14.
The envelope should be superscribed “DAK ADALAT” and the complaint should include the complainant’s mobile number, email ID or address.
Complaints may also be sent by email to pgco.tl@indiapost.gov.in by 1745 hours on October 14, with “DAK ADALAT COMPLAINT” mentioned in the subject or as the first line of the email.
Complainants have been advised to use either the physical or email mode for submitting a complaint.
Grievances relating to staff matters, service matters and cases pending before courts will not be taken up at the Dak Adalat.
The link for joining the virtual Dak Adalat will be communicated to complainants through their mobile number or email ID.
