Women Leadership Circle to host IGNITE 2026 in Mumbai on October 8
Mumbai, Oct 7 (TNT): Women Leadership Circle (WLC) will host its flagship event IGNITE 2026 in Mumbai on Thursday, bringing together more than 100 founders, CXOs, investors, board leaders, entrepreneurs and business leaders to discuss emerging trends shaping leadership and business.
The event will be held at The Quorum, Lower Parel, on October 8 and will focus on artificial intelligence and business, wealth and financial leadership, digital-first consumer relationships, ambition and the evolving balance between human intelligence and technology.
The programme will feature four panel discussions and a fireside conversation.
The summit will open with “The New World Order and AI”, featuring Mathangi Sri Ramachandran, Co-Founder, YuVerse; Aditi Kothari Desai, Chairperson, DSP Mutual Fund and Advisory Board Member, WLC; and Niraj Ruparel, Creative Technology Lead, WPP/WPP Media India.
The session will be moderated by Puja Srivastava, Founder, Smarter Start and Founding Member, WLC.
The session “Money, Money, Money” will examine wealth, leadership and legacy and the importance of taking greater ownership of financial futures.
It will feature Anu Jain, President, 360 ONE Wealth; Shivani Bhasin Sachdeva, Founder and CEO, India Alternatives; and Lakshmi Iyer, President Investments and MD and CEO, Bajaj Alternates Investment Management Ltd. Jaya Mehrotra, Founder and CEO, Women Leadership Circle, will moderate the discussion.
The third session, “Audacity of Ambition”, will explore bold decision-making and leadership. The panel will feature journalist, author and Founder-Editor of Mojo & We the Women Barkha Dutt; Renuka Kirpalani, Consulting Editor, Autocar India and Editor, Auto Mashable India and Member, WLC; and Mallika Sagar, Auctioneer and Indian Art Specialist.
The session will be moderated by journalist and Founder of GRS Consultants Gayatri Rangachari Shah.
The fourth conversation, “It’s Personal”, will examine how brands are building direct relationships with consumers in the digital-first environment.
The panel will comprise Payal Singhal, Founder, Payal Singhal Design House and Founding Member, WLC; Vasundhara Patni, Founder, Kiro Beauty; and Kainaz Messman, Co-Founder, Theobroma Patisserie India. Vivek Gambhir, Venture Partner, Lightspeed India, Chairman, Imagine Marketing (boAt) and Advisory Board Member, WLC, will moderate the session.
WLC Founder and CEO Jaya Mehrotra said IGNITE reflected the organisation’s aim of creating a high-trust platform where women could broaden their perspectives, challenge their thinking and build meaningful relationships.
She said the discussions had been designed around diverse aspects of leadership, including technology, financial choices, consumer behaviour and personal ambition.
The summit will conclude with a fireside conversation between Anita Lal, Founder and Creative Director, Good Earth, and Gayatri Rangachari Shah, followed by a closing note by Vivek Gambhir.
