ProHance launches platform to track outsourced workforce performance
New Delhi, Sept. 29 (TNT): ProHance, an AI-led productivity management platform, on Tuesday announced the launch of a unified platform to measure and improve the performance of outsourced and contingent workforces.
The platform provides enterprises with a consolidated view of workforce costs, service-level agreement (SLA) adherence and work output, enabling finance, delivery and vendor management teams to make decisions based on a common set of data.
According to the company, the platform is designed to help enterprises identify cost leakages, validate invoices, monitor delivery risks, optimise workforce utilisation and assess vendor performance during contract renewals.
ProHance said existing workforce management tools largely track whether work has been performed but offer limited visibility into whether it has resulted in deliverables, met deadlines or justified the costs incurred.
The new platform focuses on three parameters — cost leakage, SLA adherence and output — to help organisations assess expenditure against deliverables, monitor delivery timelines and measure workforce contributions beyond utilisation.
The company said the platform had been deployed and validated across Fortune 100 companies before its launch.
ProHance CEO Ankur Dhingra said the platform aimed to provide a single, verifiable source of information for finance, delivery and vendor management teams, enabling enterprises to assess the actual value delivered by outsourced teams.
The launch follows the company’s recognition as a Star Performer in the Everest Group PEAK Matrix 2026 and leadership additions across product, marketing and global account management.
ProHance provides real-time visibility into productivity, operations and workforce performance.
The company said its platform serves more than 4.5 lakh users across over 55 countries.
