Blue Cloud Softech secures Rs 147 Cr AI infrastructure order from IBM Cloud
Hyderabad, Sept 25 (TNT): AI-focused technology company Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd on Friday announced that its wholly owned US subsidiary, Global Impx Inc (GIX), has received a signed Statement of Work from IBM Cloud Inc for AI infrastructure design, deployment and support services worth $15.5 million (about Rs 147 crore).
The Statement of Work was issued under a Master Services Agreement signed between the two companies on August 21, 2026, the Hyderabad based Technology company said in a statement.
Work commenced on September 24, with payments linked to five milestones covering the project from kick-off to production go-live.
Under the engagement, GIX will develop a scalable, secure and high-performance infrastructure environment for AI and machine-learning workloads, including model development, training, fine-tuning and inference.
The project will include assessment of AI workloads and existing infrastructure, architecture and detailed design, deployment of GPU compute clusters, high-performance storage and networking, AI/ML platforms and Kubernetes-based orchestration.
The scope also covers identity and access controls, network segmentation, encryption, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, followed by performance testing, documentation, knowledge transfer and production handover.
The engagement includes defined service levels, including at least 99.5 per cent infrastructure and GPU availability, critical alerts within 15 minutes and response to critical incidents within 30 minutes.
Blue Cloud Group Chairman Tejesh Kumar Kodali said the order demonstrated the company’s ability to compete for and deliver high-value AI infrastructure projects in the US market.
Group CEO and Managing Director Vinod Babu Bollikonda said the company’s teams had already been mobilised and would execute the project against defined milestones and service levels.
