TTD Chairman urges Srivari Sevaks to serve devotees with warmth during Brahmotsavams

Tirumala, Sept 17 (TNT): TTD Chairman B R Naidu on Wednesday evening urged Srivari Sevaks to serve devotees attending the Srivari Brahmotsavams with respect, courtesy and warmth.

Addressing a spiritual meeting with volunteers from various states at the Asthana Mandapam in Tirumala, Naidu said steps would be taken to strengthen Srivari Seva as per the instructions of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

He said Srivari Sevaks had a key role in ensuring comfortable and cordial services to pilgrims visiting Tirumala during the Brahmotsavams.

TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra said the TTD Board had resolved to construct 5,000 temples and called upon Srivari Sevaks to serve as the foundation for the initiative.

He said structured efforts were also being undertaken to promote Hindu Dharma at the constituency, district, state and national levels.

TTD Additional EO Ch Venkaiah Chowdary said no other religious system in the world had such large-scale participation of volunteers.

TTD CVSO Muralikrishna, TTD CPRDO Dr T Ravi and other officials were present.
