TTD asks deputation staff to perform duties with devotion during Brahmotsavams
Tirumala, Sept 11 (TNT): TTD Additional Executive Officer Ch Venkaiah Chowdary on Friday called upon officers and staff deployed on deputation for the annual Srivari Brahmotsavams to discharge their duties with devotion and dedication and work in coordination to ensure the smooth conduct of the festival.
Addressing an orientation programme for deputation staff at Asthana Mandapam here, Venkaiah Chowdary said a large number of devotees were expected to visit Tirumala for the twin Brahmotsavams and every employee should have a clear understanding of their responsibilities and the arrangements being made for the festival.
He directed officials and staff of all departments to work in close coordination and utilise their previous experience in handling the Brahmotsavams.
The staff should immediately bring any issues concerning facilities provided to devotees to the notice of senior officials and ensure their prompt resolution, he said.
The Additional EO urged the staff to treat devotees courteously and discharge their duties with dedication to uphold the reputation of TTD during the Brahmotsavams.
TTD CVSO Muralikrishna advised the deputation staff to coordinate with the district administration and police while performing their duties during the festival.
He called for collective efforts to make the Srivari Brahmotsavams a landmark event.
TTD In-charge CE Manoharam, SE Venugopal, Deputy EOs Bhaskar, Rajendra Kumar and Somannarayana, Catering Special Officer Sastry, VGO Surendra and other officials participated in the programme.
