Singapore based TDCX Opens India’s Second campus at Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Aug 21 (TNT): Singapore-based TDCX, a leading Global customer experience solutions, on Friday announcing the opening of its second campus in India at Meenakshi Eco Park in Hyderabad, strengthening the city’s position as a key delivery hub for the company’s global technology and digital economy clients.

The six million sq ft new campus follows a more than six-fold increase in TDCX’s India headcount over the past three years and makes India the company’s fourth-largest operations base, the company said in a release here.

The company said its India operations support leading global brands across digital advertising, e-commerce, fintech and technology, providing omnichannel customer support to clients across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland and North America.

“India has moved well past the cost arbitrage conversation. When clients choose Hyderabad for customer experience, sales, or technology support, they are choosing access to skilled, ambitious talent that can run complex workflows at scale,” Byron Fernandez, Group Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President, TDCX, said.

The expansion reflected the growing importance of India as a primary delivery market for global clients, he added.

Ananth Premkumar, Country Director, TDCX India, said Hyderabad had emerged as a leading hub for technology, innovation and customer experience delivery.

Premkumar said the combination of skilled talent, speed and operational capabilities made Hyderabad a strategic location for TDCX.

The company said its India operations have delivered customer and business outcomes for global clients while supporting complex workstreams across multiple markets.
