Telangana: Blue Cloud Softech announces USD 150 million SpaceX engagement
Hyderabad, Aug 10 (TNT): Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd (BCSSL) on Monday announced that its wholly owned US subsidiary, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd-USA (BCSSL-USA), has executed a Statement of Work (SOW) with SpaceX International Ltd, MY, involving a minimum contractual commitment of USD 150 million over an 18-month period.
The SOW, executed under the Master Services Agreement signed between the companies on July 9, 2026, covers the design, construction, integration, security, connectivity and operation of a dedicated AI compute and data-centre platform.
The engagement covers AI infrastructure worth USD 70 million, cybersecurity at USD 25 million, telecommunications at USD 25 million and data-centre solutions at USD 30 million, the Hyderabad-based company said in a release here.
The services will be delivered in five phases over six quarterly billing periods, beginning with assessment and design and progressing to managed operations from the sixth quarter, the company said.
The scope includes GPU and accelerator cluster deployment, MLOps and model-serving infrastructure, a Security Operations Centre with SIEM and SOAR systems, core network and NOC-managed connectivity, and data-centre construction, commissioning and disaster-recovery capabilities.
The programme will be governed by defined service-level requirements covering platform, network and facility availability, BCSSL said.
“This engagement is an important milestone for our AI infrastructure business and reflects Blue Cloud’s ability to design, build and operate integrated AI compute, cybersecurity and data-centre solutions at scale,” said Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions.
He said the programme would strengthen the company’s long-term strategy of building technology infrastructure capabilities for global clients.
BCSSL-USA Chief Executive Officer Bhaskar Nallamilli said the engagement demonstrated the company’s growing capability to deliver large-scale integrated programmes across AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data-centre solutions.
The engagement also reinforces BCSSL’s strategic positioning as an AI-first technology group, he added.
