Reacting to the Budget, Naidu said focused allocations for the development of the Araku region and Pulicat Lake would boost tourism and eco-tourism while strengthening ecological conservation.

He noted that projects such as the East Coast Corridor and inland waterways would significantly enhance logistics and multimodal transport, driving economic growth along the state’s nearly 1,000-km coastline.

The Chief Minister said urban development funding would fast-track growth in the Visakhapatnam Economic Region, Tirupati Growth Region, and Amaravati Region, while container-based logistics would improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Welcoming support for Regional Medical Hubs, AYUSH Hubs, and the Sanjeevani Project, Naidu said the Budget would strengthen healthcare, biosciences, and employment generation.

He also welcomed credit guarantees for MSMEs and the proposed tax holiday for data centres till 2047, stating that Andhra Pradesh aims to emerge as a hub for AI, quantum technologies, and data centres.

Naidu added that allocations under the Purvodaya initiative and growing interest from global firms such as DP World would further accelerate development in Rayalaseema and across the state.
