The festivities will commence with Ankurarpanam on March 26, followed by Dhwajarohanam on March 27. The celestial Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam is slated for April 1.

Reviewing the arrangements at Vontimitta, the JEO held a meeting with officials of various departments and inspected ongoing works, including temporary kitchens, raw material storage sheds and the proposed photo exhibition and cultural programme venues near the temple premises.

He directed that repair works in the temple and Yagasala be completed on priority and instructed officials to arrange adequate seating for devotees partaking in Annaprasadam. Services of Srivari Sevaks, as engaged in other TTD temples, will also be utilised.

The JEO later reviewed development works at the Kalyana Vedika, inspecting 17 counters set up for distribution of Talambralu and Annaprasadam, as well as entry and exit points.

Special arrangements are to be made for large crowds expected during the Kalyanam, including extensive buttermilk and drinking water counters to provide relief from summer heat. TTD Vigilance officials will coordinate with local police for security and parking management.

Cultural programmes and Kavi Sammelanam will be organised under the aegis of the DPP, while bhajan troupes of the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad will perform ahead of Vahana Sevas. Prachara Radhams will tour surrounding villages for ten days to create awareness about the Brahmotsavams.
