Tirumala, Mar 19 (TNT) : TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra on Thursday called upon Srivari Seva volunteers to actively provide feedback to help improve facilities for pilgrims at Tirumala.
During his maiden visit to Srivari Seva Sadan-2, the EO extended Ugadi greetings to the volunteers and interacted with them to gather inputs on key areas such as Annaprasadam, sanitation, queue line management and other facilities.
He said that volunteers, who are directly engaged in serving devotees, are best placed to understand their concerns and suggested that their feedback would act as a catalyst in bringing reforms and streamlining pilgrim services.
Earlier, the EO inspected reception, verification and registration counters at Seva Sadan-2 and reviewed facilities being provided to the volunteers. He also visited the halls and interacted with Sevaks, who expressed satisfaction over the amenities available.
TTD Chief PRO Dr T. Ravi and other officials were present on the occasion.
