Hyderabad, Mar 18 (TNT): Telangana Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla on Wednesday extended greetings to Telugu-speaking people across the world on the occasion of “Sri Parabhava Nama Samvatsaram” Ugadi festival to be celebrated on March 19.
In a message, the Governor conveyed heartfelt wishes, expressing hope that the Telugu New Year would bring prosperity, happiness and well-being to all sections of society.
Describing Ugadi as a festival of joy and hope, the Governor said the New Year symbolises new beginnings, optimism and a bright future.
Referring to the traditional Ugadi Pachadi, which represents a blend of different tastes, the Governor called upon people to embrace life’s experiences with balance and positivity.
The Governor wished that the new year ushers in peace, harmony, health and prosperity for all.
