Tirupati, Apr 8 (TNT): The annual utsavams of Jagadguru Sri Bhashyakara will be conducted with great devotion and grandeur from April 13 to 22 at the Govindarajaswamy Temple in Tirupati.
As part of the festivities, Sri Bhashyakara will be taken in a procession every day at 7.30 am on the golden Tiruchi through the temple’s Chinna Mada streets.
In the evening, special festivities will be held in the Pedda Mada streets from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm.
Following the morning procession, rituals including Tirumanjanam, Sattumora and Asthanam will be performed in the temple.
As part of the celebrations, Bhogi Theru will be observed on April 21, while Sattumora ceremonies will be held on April 22. The Gandhapodi Utsavam will be conducted grandly on April 23.
The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has appealed to devotees to participate in large numbers in the sacred festivities and seek the blessings of Sri Bhashyakara.
