Kakinada, Feb 15 (TNT): District SP Bindu Madhav has greeted C V Anand, Telangana Government Special Chief secretary Home affairs at the holy shrine of Annavaram near here on Sunday .
Anand was here to offer special poojas to the Lord Satyanarayana swamy on the auspicious occasion of holy Maha Sivarathri.
