Hyderabad, Mar 27 (TNT) : Sai Parenterals Limited has achieved full subscription of its initial public offering (IPO), with the issue being subscribed 1.05 times overall, reflecting strong investor confidence.
According to final bidding data, the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category was subscribed 1.71 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs/HNIs) segment saw robust demand at 2.36 times. Within this, the high-net-worth individual (HNI) portion was subscribed 3.43 times.
However, the Retail Individual Investor (RII) segment remained subdued with a subscription of 0.12 times, reflecting cautious sentiment amid prevailing market volatility.
In a release, the pharma company said strong participation from institutional and high-value investors underscores confidence in its business model, manufacturing capabilities and growth prospects.
The IPO comes at a time when broader equity markets have remained volatile, impacting retail participation across several recent issues.
Despite this, the company’s ability to achieve full subscription highlights resilience and credibility among serious investors.
Sai Parenterals, engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing, plans to utilise the proceeds to support its expansion and strengthen its market presence.
