Hyderabad, Feb 9 (TNT) : PVR INOX, India’s leading multiplex chain, on Monday announced the launch of its newest 9-screen cinema at Lakeshore Mall, further strengthening its presence in Hyderabad.
With this addition, PVR INOX now operates 18 cinemas in the city with a total of 111 screens, reinforcing Hyderabad’s position as one of the company’s key growth markets.
The new multiplex is housed in a metro-connected lifestyle destination that attracts heavy footfall from youth, working professionals, and families.
The mall has rapidly emerged as a popular hangout for Gen Z and young millennials, offering a mix of fashion, food, and social spaces.
The newly launched multiplex features nine state-of-the-art auditoriums with a seating capacity of 1,476 seats,anchored by two distinctive formats — PXL, PVR INOX’s large-format screen designed for immersive blockbuster viewing.
This launch also marks PVR INOX’s second PXL screen in Hyderabad, following the recent introduction of the format at Inorbit Mall.
The cinema also introduces PVR INOX’s latest cinema food court concept, featuring multiple counters, quick-service favourites, and fresh offerings.
