Hyderabad, Mar 27 (TNT): Registrations for the NMDC Hyderabad Marathon 2026, one of India’s leading city marathons and a World Athletics Label Road Race, have officially opened, marking the start of its landmark 15th edition.
The Early Bird phase, which concluded on March 15, witnessed a strong response from the running community, reflecting the event’s growing popularity and engagement over the years.
Registrations for all race categories will remain open until April 30, 2026, a release said here on Friday.
This edition will also feature a revamped logo, symbolising a refreshed identity while capturing the evolving scale and legacy of the marathon.
As part of its community outreach, the marathon will open its charity window throughout May, enabling participants to contribute to various social causes.
More than 30 NGOs have been onboarded as charity partners this year, providing a platform for fundraising and awareness. Exclusive charity bibs will also be available during this period.
Organised by the Hyderabad Runners Society, the marathon continues to promote fitness, inclusivity and active lifestyles while fostering a strong running culture.
The 15th edition is expected to attract over 32,000 participants, further cementing its status as a premier platform bringing together runners, communities and partners in a celebration of endurance and social impact.
