Kakinada, Mar 7 (TNT): The third additional district Judge G Anandi along with the Joint Collector Apurva Bharat has inaugurated the Legal aid clinic in Collectorate at a function held here on Saturday.
The legal aid clinic was arranged at the collectorate under the orders of the Andhra Pradesh High Court under the auspices of Mandal legal services.
Speaking on the occasion, the third additional district Judge G Anandi said that the legal aid clinic was arranged to bring the economically weaker sections peoples the legal services within their reach.` Lack of proper awareness on Justice most of the people were not able to utilize their rights. They were in utter confusion on how to settle their cases. For such people one panel advocate will be available at the clinic to render free legal suggestions’ she said.
The district Judge further advised the people to make best use of National Lok Adalat programme on March 14. .Joint Collector Apurva Bharat said that people could get free legal consultation and free suggestions on their legal problems and the legal aid clinic would function on every Monday from 10 am to five pm and advised the people to make best use of the clinic for securing free legal suggestions.
