Kakinada, Feb 24 (TNT): JNTUK student K Sindhura Sahiti has bagged the bronze medal by securing third place in the fifth South zone shooting ball championship-2026 held at SV Arts college in Tirupati on February 7 and 8.
K Sindhura sahiti is studying second year in AIML in JNTUK here . The teams of Andhra Pradesh , Telangana, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Puducherry states participated in the championship-2026.
At a brief function held at the university here on Tuesday, the Vice chancellor Prof CSRK Prasad has honoured the bronze medal winning student K Sindhura Sahithi.
He said it is a great thing that she was bright in both studies and sports.
If students strive with discipline and punctuality they can shine in any field of activity, he added .
University student affairs director Prof A Krishnamohan said Sindhura sahiti deserve every praise as she brought laurels to the University.
