Kakinada, Feb 22 (TNT): Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Silicon Valley-based company Zoom My Life to collaborate on research and development in the field of Health Artificial Intelligence (AI).
The MoU was signed by Zoom My Life CEO Srinivas Sripada, JNTUK Registrar Dr. R. Srinivasarao, here on Saturday in the presence of Director of Corporate, Alumni and International Relations Dr. A. Swarnakumari, and Head of the CSE Department Dr. N. Ramakrishnarao.
Speaking on the occasion, University Vice-Chancellor Prof. C.S.R.K. Prasad said the agreement would help bring revolutionary changes in the AI-driven healthcare services sector.
He stated that the collaboration is a significant step towards taking JNTUK to international standards and emphasized that the university aims to use advanced technology for the welfare of society.
Srinivas Sripada described the partnership with JNTUK as a matter of pride and said the collaboration would enable the development of innovative solutions beneficial to the global healthcare sector through a combination of academic research and industry expertise.
He added that encouraging youth and working closely with students is one of the company’s primary objectives, and expressed keen interest in undertaking joint research initiatives with the university.
