Amaravati, Mar 26 (TNT): The road accident that occurred near Rayavaram in Markapuram district on Thursday, in which several passengers were burnt alive, has deeply shaken him, said Andhra Pradesh IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh.
In a statement, Lokesh said it is extremely distressing that many passengers lost their lives in the collision between a tipper lorry and a private travels bus.
He added that instructions have already been issued to the authorities to ensure that the injured receive the necessary medical assistance.
“We will stand by the families of the deceased in every possible way,” the Minister said.
“I pray for the speedy recovery of those who are injured and extend my heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives,” he added.
