Kakinada, Feb 26 (TNT) : District Collector Shan Mohan has asked the officials of the DWMA and Panchayat Raj to complete the works taken up under `Palle Panduga-I and Palle Panduga -2’ as a part of the National employment assurance scheme expeditiously.
Reviewing the progress of works taken up with the funds received towards the material component of the Employment assurance scheme during the 2025-2026 financial year, he asked them to complete the works by March 15.`
The works sanctioned and commenced execution such as CC roads, BT roads, CC drains should be expedited and the bills needed to be uploaded online.
Officials should bestow their attention and take steps to expedite implementation of employment assurance works in each and every village.
Both the DWMA and Panchayat raj engineering officials supervise the works at field level in coordination, ‘ the Collector added.
DWMA project director Adapa Venkata Lakshmi, Panchayat Raj SE AVS Srinivasarao, DWMA AO Vijaya Bhaskar, APDs Vasantha Madhavi, Bhanu Prakash were among those who took part in the deliberations .
