Dubai, Mar 5 (TNT): Emirates on Thursday said it is operating a reduced flight schedule until further notice following the partial reopening of regional airspace for the safe conduct of commercial flights.
In a media statement, the airline said more than 100 flights will depart from Dubai and return on March 5 and 6, carrying passengers heading to their final destinations as well as essential cargo such as perishables and pharmaceuticals.
The airline said it would gradually restore its flight schedule depending on airspace availability and operational requirements.
“Safety is always our top priority. We continue to monitor the situation and adapt our operations accordingly,” the airline said.
Emirates advised passengers to proceed to the airport only if they have a confirmed booking and urged customers to check its website and official social media channels for the latest updates. ✈️
