Hyderabad, Feb 19(TNT): Casagrand, a leading real estate developer based out of Chennai, has launched Casagrand Mandarin in Miyapur, introducing what it calls Hyderabad’s first “UPARTMENT” concept aimed at delivering villa-scale living within an apartment community.
The eight-acre gated development will feature 334 three- and four-bedroom homes designed with 78% carpet efficiency, which the company on Thursday said is higher than conventional apartments.
The project includes over 70 lifestyle amenities and 25 wellness features, centred around a 41,000 sq. ft. clubhouse., the company said in a release.
Located in Miyapur with connectivity to key IT corridors and metro access, the homes are priced from ₹1.25 crore onwards.
The project is registered under Telangana RERA (P01100010475).
