Hyderabad, Mar 4 (TNT): BRS working President and former Minister K. T. Rama Rao (KTR) on Wednesday handed over educational fee cheques to 16 selected MBBS students under the BLR Charitable Trust.
The initiative, aimed at supporting underprivileged medical students, was led by Uppal MLA Bandari Lakshmareddy.
KTR praised Lakshmareddy for his consistent efforts to help students from economically weaker backgrounds pursue higher education, describing his service-oriented approach as exemplary. Lakshmareddy said the trust strives to ensure no student misses out on education due to financial constraints and expressed hope that these students would grow into capable doctors serving society.
The students and their families thanked both KTR and Lakshmareddy for their support and encouragement.
