BCSSL deploys AIoT video analytics platform at RAHCT Dialysis Centre in Hyderabad

 Hyderabad, Jan 30 (TNT) : Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd.(BCSSL) a provider of AI-driven enterprise and cybersecurity solutions, on Friday announced the successful deployment of its flagship AccessGenie AIoT Video Analytics Platform at the Rajiv Aarogyasri Health Care Trust (RAHCT) Dialysis Centre, operating under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model at Area Hospital, Kondapur, Hyderabad.

The AIoT platform has been designed, implemented, and commissioned to support real-time monitoring, security, and workflow optimisation within the dialysis facility, the IT company said in a release here.

RAHCT has formally certified the system after evaluating it across functional, operational, and cybersecurity parameters.

The deployment integrates AI-powered video analytics, facial recognition–based patient identification, and IoT-enabled data capture to monitor staff and patient movement, streamline entry and exit processes, and improve operational efficiency.

The platform also tracks dialysis workflows and integrates directly with dialysis machines to map real-time patient health parameters, including critical vitals, enabling continuous monitoring and faster clinical response.

AccessGenie further incorporates advanced safety and anomaly detection capabilities such as fall detection, fire and smoke alerts, mob gathering detection, abandoned object alerts, and suspicious behaviour identification. All video feeds and clinical metadata are stored in a secure, compliance-ready environment, aligned with healthcare data protection requirements.

The system is also integrated via secure APIs with the Arogyasri Statistical Analysis System (SAS) platform, enabling analytics-driven governance, reporting, and operational oversight for the Trust.
