Tirupati,Feb 23 (TNT): The annual Brahmotsavams of Sri Venkateswara Swamy along with Sridevi and Bhudevi will be observed at the TTD-run Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple located at Ananthavaram village in Thullur Mandal in the district from Feb 28 to March 4.
Elaborate arrangements are being made for the big fete, TTD said in a release here on Monday.
In connection with the festival, Koil Alwar Tirumanjanam will be performed on February 24.
On February 28 at 6 PM, the rituals of Bhagavata Aradhana, Vishwaksena Aradhana, Punyahavachanam, Mrut Sangrahanam, Ankurarpanam, Garuda Adhivasam, Nivedana, Bali, Mangalasasanam and distribution of Teertha Prasadam will be conducted.
Dhwajarohanam on March 1 in the auspicious Mesha Lagnam at 9AM as per Agama traditions.
Snapana Tirumanjanam will be held at 10 AM and Unjal Seva at 5PM.
In the evening at 7 PM, the deity will bless devotees on Aswa Vahanam.
On March 2, Shanthi Kalyanam will be performed from 7 PM to 9PM.
On March 3, Chakra Snanam and Maha Poornahuti will be conducted from 4 AM to 9AM. Garuda Seva will take place at 7 PM followed by Dhwajavarohanam at 9PM.
On March 4, Pushpayagam and Dwadasa Aradhana will be performed from 5PM to 9:30 PM.
Devotional cultural programmes will also be organized during these days.
