Union Bank of India Presents Rs 2,853.33 Crore Dividend to Centre
Mumbai, July 29 (TNT): State-owned Union Bank of India has presented a dividend cheque of ₹2,853.33 crore to the Government of India for the financial year 2025-26.
The dividend cheque was handed over by Asheesh Pandey, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank, to Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in the presence of Sanjay Lohiya, Secretary, Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance, the bank said in a release here on Wednesday.
Executive Directors Nitesh Ranjan, Ramasubramanian S., and Amresh Prasad were also present on the occasion.
